Post Production:
Guidelines for Material Submission
For Post Production we normally obtain mixed down groups in 16bit 44.1khz stereo .Wav or Aiff although we can accept up to 24bit 48khz .Wav or Aiff files.
Normally the groups look something like:
Drums
Subs
Midbasses
Stabs/Synths
Ambiences/Pads
SoundFX
Vocals
... most any material will fall into one of those groups but in the rare
case that it doesnt we can make recommendations on what should be grouped. Also
if at all possible any loudness maximizers, compressors, limiters or anything of
that sort [including 'mastering plugins'] on the master bus should be removed prior to mixing down the groups, which leaves us more room to work with. Ideally about 3 db headroom on each group is recommended, again to give us more to work with.
Also include at least a 320kbps mp3 of the most current mixdown
so we have a clear picture of what your initial mixdown sounds like.
File Transfer
Once you have your groups you can zip or rar them up and send to
AIM: FSR Mastering
.. this client is always set to auto accept and has a reasonalbly fast transfer rate for large files. FTP access is also available, contact us to obtain the details for transferring files via FTP.
Pricing
Generally our rates look like this:
Post Production= 100$ per track regular / 75$ 1 track introductory special.
Bulk Rates: 1tr=100$ 2tr=175$ 3tr=250$ 4tr=300$ with larger packages / album
deals available as well of course
payments are
accepted via paypal to the address: sz0n1ck@freestylerecordings.net
We ask that you pay 50% up front [at the time you
transfer your files to us] and then the second 50% only when you are 100%
happy with the results.
